“I called in and made an appointment for my 17 y.o. daughter to take her car in to get an oil change. I spoke to Wren who made her appointment for later that afternoon and gave me an amount that it would cost for her oil change. My daughter arrived 5 mins before her appointment time and they were ready for her. She didn't have to wait long for her oil change and it was less than I was quoted earlier! The best part of her experience.....they didn't see a young girl and try to sell her a 100 different things that she didn't need. I will always highly recommend this location. “I have used Tuffy Pickerington twice recently. The first time was to replace a serpentine belt that snapped. They were able to get me in and out the same day. I also got my front brakes repaired. For that I made an 8:00 appointment and was out the door by noon. Both times their prices were fair and they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need.
